Spencer D Blair is a graduate of Concordia University, iO, as well as Second City’s Conservatory and Writing Programs. Spencer can be seen in The Pool at iO, with Improv Shmimprov back in the OC, Barnacle at The Playground, and every Monday with his cult/indy team, Droday.
