Liz got her start in improv in the Mile High City and moved to Chicago in 2018. Recently, she became a proud member of the Playground's MOSAIC program. She has also performed at iO and The Annoyance. Liz began improvising on a whim after a health crisis and found her true self going through classes at the Bovine Metropolis Theater in CO. She believes that this art is for everyone, and so she sits on the board of allprov.org, a nonprofit that brings improv classes to people with disabilities and chronic illness in Denver. While she misses the mountains, Lake Michigan is cutting it. Need a pal to take a dip in the lake, dm her!
